At Greenhouse Ministries, I had the opportunity to give constructive feedback to Level I students. I used the form to the left to rate their performance. At first, being a student myself, I wanted to give them a perfect score. However, I thought it would be a disservice to the students if I did not highlight a few areas of improvement. I met with each of my students one on one to go over their evaluation. I asked them their opinion on what they could improve on, and we compared our answers/ratings. The students were very receptive to the feedback, and appreciated that I took the time to discuss it with them. They were also glad to hear the positive affirmations and encouragement that was included with my feedback.
